Borderlands 4 - Guide to the Weekly Reset (October 30, 2025 - November 6, 2025)

Another week, another reset in Kairos!

Note: if you are reading this and have not completed the campaign, none of this is accessible.

Maurice’s Black Market Vending Machine

Maurice must have missed his time on Sanctuary during Borderlands 3, so he parked near the ship's wreckage. This is one of the shortest treks to reach him. You can even skip the few enemies as you sail right over them.

Wildcard Mission/Moxxi’s Big Encore

The Wildcare Mission this week is Below the Surface. The mission reward is the Bod shotgun. The Bod’s unique ability is that it counts as a Shotgun, an Assault Rifle, a Sniper Rifle, a Pistol, and an SMG. This means that any skills or class mods that affect any of those weapons will work.

Moxxi’s Big Encore is Primordial Guardian Origo. You can find this boss in the Arch of Origo and you can teleport right into the vault. If you have cleared the vault before, you can make a beeline for all the jump pads and get right to the boss fight. Do not forget to spend Eridium and not Cash at the Encore before jumping onto the boss platform.

This is a relatively easy fight. Aim for the crystals on his back for guaranteed critical hits.

What does he drop? I am glad you asked! These are just examples and the parts may differ each time anything drops.

This week continues the Horrors of Kairos event, which runs until November 6. A unique legendary Grenade mod and a legendary Assault Rifle can have a chance to drop by completing Rift Encounters that randomly spawn around the map. These are limited to the event.
